A cancer diagnosis changes everything. The NHS works hard to treat the disease, but the journey through and beyond treatment – the fatigue, the fear, the loss of strength and confidence – often goes without the structured support it deserves. That’s the gap we exist to fill.
Our Health and Wellbeing Cancer Rehabilitation Programme is completely free to access and open to anyone diagnosed with any type of cancer. Designed and led by specialist coaches with lived experience of cancer, it’s built around one belief: that how you support your body and mind during and after cancer matters – and you shouldn’t have to figure that out alone.
Your rehabilitation journey is structured across three phases – each one designed to meet you where you are and move with you as you progress.
You don’t have to wait to feel supported. The moment you apply, you’ll receive instant access to our YouTube channel – packed with practical tools, expert knowledge and a community of people who understand what you’re going through.
Inside, you’ll find:
This phase is about empowerment – giving you the tools and support to start making positive changes from day one.
Once your placement is confirmed, you’ll begin a structured, one-to-one rehabilitation programme led by your own specialist coach. Every element is tailored to you — your diagnosis, your treatment, your goals and your pace.
Your programme includes:
Safe, structured and built entirely around you.
Completing the one-to-one programme isn’t the end – it’s the start of your next chapter. You’ll continue to have access to classes, resources, community support and coaching, helping you keep building on the progress you’ve made and face the future with confidence.
