Ahead of the Game Foundation is a registered cancer charity that exists to support people affected by cancer — and help them reclaim their strength, confidence and sense of self.

At a time when life can feel uncertain, overwhelming and deeply challenging, we provide a fully funded Health and Wellbeing Cancer Rehabilitation Programme, delivered by qualified specialist coaches. From rebuilding physical strength after surgery or treatment, to managing anxiety, fatigue and the emotional weight of a diagnosis — we’re here for every part of the journey. And because cancer affects whole families, our support extends to loved ones and carers too.

Founded in 2021 by World Kickboxing Champion and brain tumour survivor Dave Bolton, the Foundation was born from lived experience. We know what it takes to face a cancer diagnosis — and we know that no one should have to face it alone.

We receive no Government or NHS funding. Every service we provide is made possible entirely by the generosity of donors, fundraisers and supporters like you.
